Returns
- Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
Refunds
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.
